Indoor dining returns to NYC with an extended curfew, until 11p.m. now. Robert Paciullo, owner of Zero Otto Nove, and Peter Madonia, owner of Madonia Brothers Bakery and the chairman of the Belmont BID, are featured and are hopeful that the capacity will increase to 50% soon.
